Yes, FiberLabs' fluoride fibers can be provided in a cable form. The cable can be connectrized and polished, such that you do not need to worry about handling a fluoride fiber.

Note that the fluoride-fiber connector often have some degree of eccentricity, so it is sometimes difficult to get a small loss, simply by connecting to other fibers using an fiber adapter. Free-space optical coupling using lens may be needed.
